Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no implementation fees, and no hidden surcharges. You only pay the published subscription and transfer fee for your tier.
How is the transfer fee calculated?
The transfer fee is calculated on the source amount of each payout. For example, on Growth, sending $1,000 costs $5.00. FX spread is shown separately and is at or near mid-market.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH debit, and SEPA direct debit through Stripe. Annual plans on Scale can also be invoiced.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
Growth and Scale include a 14-day trial. You can also start on Starter for free and upgrade once you have more than 5 contractors.
How does annual billing save 17%?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discount roughly equivalent to two months free. Growth is $1,490/yr (vs $588/yr monthly) and Scale is $1,990/yr (vs $2,388/yr monthly).
